Goals & Strategies
GOAL #1
Glorify God and reveal his kingdom through love and service, sparking a church-planting movement in Olomouc.
Ministry of Reconciliation
- Reconnecting people with God, their
  own true identity, each other, and
  creation.

GOAL #2
Encourage unity and mutual edification between the Churches of Christ in the Czech Republic and Central Europe.
We plan to engage in regular communication and interaction between the Prague, Brno, Ceske Budejovice, and Olomouc Churches of Christ (and other Central European churches) in the following ways:
- Mutual prayer and encouragement
- Regular communication and   brainstorming concerning the life and   work of the churches
- Participate in and/or organize retreats
- Rotate speakers to conduct sermons,
  classes, lectures, workshops

Preparations
Before joining up with Missions Resource Network, we had already made much headway. Individually we had prepared by gaining evangelistic and ministry experience both in formal and informal venues. We had engaged in personal study and devotion and been active in our church communities. We had sought language preparation both in formal school settings and through personal study. We had begun fundraising from churches with which we have relationships and connections. And as a team we had both deepened our friendships and developed our plans—discussing and strategizing over email, on the phone, and during meetings.

When we partnered with MRN in 2004, our preparation was blessed with even more organization and guidance. Here is an overview of what we did prior to moving overseas (or during our first year in Olomouc)...
